Mr Kumar

Mr Kumareshan is a psychologist and a senior lecturer in psychology. He is an expert in conducting lectures, seminars and workshops in various psychology related subjects including educational psychology, social psychology, cognitive psychology, health psychology, abnormal psychology and research methodology in psychology. He served as a lecturer at Taylors College before joining as an Adjunct Faculty Member of Southern New Hampshire University, USA from 2011 till 2018. Mr Kumareshan is a dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every child. He strongly believes that each and every student has the potential to bring something unique and special to the world. Throughout his lecturing experiences over 22 years, he has helped his undergraduate students to develop their potential by believing in them as capable individuals.

Mr. Ng Yee Tong was a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Finance in 1994. He was offered to pursue the Master program (MBA) with the same university with full scholarship due to his good grades, active participant in mentoring his underclass students and assisting with research work with a senior professor in the business school. He completed his MBA in 1995. Upon graduation, he worked for First Data Corporation, a company that does 1/3 of the back processing of the banks in the USA. Specifically, he was exposed to the risk and delinquency management of various banks credit card portfolio, including Bank of America, Mellon Bank, Bank of Hawaii, and many more. His three years tenure at First Data Corp. exposed him to the outsourcing industries and allowed him to recognize of what it took to run a successful call centre.

Later Mr. Ng joint Support Technologies Inc., which does IT outsourcing work for various industry corporation, including Ralph Lauren, United Health Care, University of New York, Citrix, etc. His primary role was to provide insight to the management of the available data in the system and to provide added-value information to the clients.

He returned home to Malaysia in 2003 to help reform the family business in the property management and development business. When he started, the occupancy rate was at 65%. After a few years of hard learning, he managed to achieve 90-100% occupancy for the key assets in the last 18 years. Additionally, he has overseen eight successful development projects: a mixed commercial/residential, seven industrial projects, and one commercial medium rise building.
