Role Description
Sanctus International School is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a young individual with strong visual sense, fresh ideas, and a passion for design and digital storytelling. The Marketing Assistant will support the school’s marketing initiatives by creating engaging content, assisting with campaigns, and helping to enhance the school’s brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, posters, brochures, and digital ads.
• Assist in producing short-form content (photos, videos, reels) for social media.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, school events, and promotional activities.
• Help manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, captions, and engagement.
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all materials.
• Conduct basic research and gather insights to support marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Admissions team on day-to-day administrative and creative tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
• Strong creative eye for layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) is an added advantage.
