LEADERSHIP TEAM

Cambridge Primary at Sanctus provides a structured, inquiry-based curriculum for students aged 5 to 12. Lessons are designed to develop curiosity, independent thinking, and strong foundational skills, giving children the confidence to explore new ideas and take ownership of their learning.

Academic Structure

The programme is split into Key Stage 1 (Lower Primary, Years 1–3) and Key Stage 2 (Upper Primary, Years 4–6). Students progress in three core subjects - English, Mathematics, and Science, alongside creative and expressive subjects such as Art, Music, and supplementary subjects such as Living Skills and Social Studies. The Cambridge framework ensures learning is sequential, building strong conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that prepare students for Lower Secondary.

Holistic Development

Learning at Sanctus extends beyond textbooks. Through co-curricular activities, guided projects, and collaborative problem-solving, students develop communication, leadership, and social skills. Our teachers guide each child’s growth, fostering curiosity, resilience, and confidence in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Learning Through Engagement

Practical activities, experiments, and inquiry-based projects encourage students to apply learning in meaningful contexts.Students are also guided to conduct presentations on what they have learned, helping teachers assess understanding while building clarity of thought, communication skills, and confidence. This approach deepens learning, encourages reflection, and makes lessons both engaging and purposeful.
