What is Preschool Bridging? The Sanctus Preschool Bridging Programme is designed for children transitioning from kindergarten who are not yet ready for Year 1. Our goal is to provide a nurturing, structured environment where young learners build confidence, independence, and essential skills, so they are fully prepared for the next stage of their educational journey. Foundational Academic Skills In this program, children strengthen their reading, writing, and speaking skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Lessons are designed to make learning fun while establishing routines, focus, and the ability to follow a more structured schedule, helping them adjust smoothly to Year 1 expectations. Social and Emotional Development Beyond academics, the programme supports emotional maturity and social confidence. Children learn to interact positively with peers, navigate new routines, and develop self-regulation, independence, and a sense of responsibility in a supportive classroom environment. Learning Through Exploration Play, guided discovery, and hands-on activities remain central to our approach.
